MRDRNOSE, I wish you could implement a pause feature, because I have insufferable parents that force me to get off the computer during a good run only to make me take out the trash , or go jogging, or go shopping, or to make me watch a stupid movie with them, etc. Point is, I just want to pause the game without having to restart due to insufferable and annoying company during a good run.
1. How come the rusty knife doesn't always take me to the red room and often takes me back to the start of the level.
2. I have a similar problem with the black key, where it doesn't let me open the first arm room and I have to switch between my 2 black keys in order to open it?
3. FIX THE GUACAMOLE TYPO ALREADY! IT'S CONFUSING GRAMMAR NAZIS WHO SPELL IT CORRECTLY AND STILL GET COUNTED INCORRECT!
4. Albert just idly stands there and won't guide me to the 2 remaining notebooks, he just follows me instead of letting me follow him.
5. Typing 'C' and 'R' during Mr. Mix's quest causes the player to breathe and drop items in front of him.
I recently started playing this game. It is undoubtedly more challenging than Baldi's Basics, and its atmosphere is vastly more perturbing. I love it!
I do have one complaint, however: the jump scares are way too loud. I am tired of turning up the volume so I can hear certain parts of the game (e.g. Mr. Mix's heavily-distorted, nearly-unintelligible voice) and then rapidly turning it down again so my eardrums don't get blasted into the sides of my brain when Mr. Strobovski's face jumps through the screen.
Apart from the sound issue, this game is awesome! I dig the design, the disconcerting ambience, the difficulty, and pretty much every other aspect of it. I especially like how Viktor is chasing you even while you are finishing the math assignments; it adds an extra layer of urgency the original game lacked. Can't wait to beat it!
Placement of VCR on second stage near trash bin makes it hard to activate, and
I believe gas mask is originally called 'Gas mask artifact' but then loses the title 'artifact' upon use or upon storage in belt (unsure which), which is slightly inconsistent.

2. How do I open the locked door to access the yard behind Mr. Mix's kitchen, because sometimes it's already open and sometimes it isn't and won't let me open it?
3. Also, where should I lure Viktor away from the final eleventh notebook, because even with the neodymium magnet, Viktor always breaks down the door when I'm on the 3rd problem of the final notebook?
And the locked door you open by either using the black key or lure mr. cleany to open it by placing trash in front of the door.
And for the final notebook i take viktor all the way over to the end of the hallway with a alarm clock and vending machine then i use the black key door for a shortcut to make it to the beginning faster.
Cool, but I'm still a little lost about a few things.

2. Where is the black key, does it only come with the belt artifact from the RUST labyrinth, or are there other locations where it is found, because I tried completing the game without Albert and avoid cheating with the belt from the maze?
3. If I really do need the belt, where can I find the rusty knife?

Not a question, but I just want to say the Head teacher and Mr. Cleany are a B#TCH, and I have never had Mr. Mix chase me, I usually only visit him 2 times before I reach the 8th notebook, usually smiling or half-smiling, don't know what's everyone's problem with him, 'cept getting backstabbed by Buttowski.......errr, Strobovski!

1. It's in the room with the VCR player, the corridor that loops around.
2. Black key is in a locker in the room you get the first hand. It's the 'keep locked' door next the barricade. If you're getting the black key for the first time you need Cleany to open it with trash. Once you get black key though you can open this door and the door to RUST without any need for trash.
3. Rusty knife is in a locker after you get cleany to open the RUST door, just go through the door on the left and it's an open grass area with 2 lockers. Knife is in the left one.
Found VCR room, and located the door to the black key and the first arm, and I placed trash in front of it, and I waited, but Mr. Cleany never came. Any way to summon him, or is it entirely out of luck and patience? Sorry for the excess questions, only played for 2 days.
Yeah, it's just a lot of luck and time really, probably the most annoying thing you have to do in the game. You only need to do it once though since after you get black key you're golden. I recommend raiding that trash room and just leaving a trail for him to follow.

Otherwise, you should do a "story mode" where the game is quiet at first and then gradually, it becomes terrifying, and especially you should add more terrifying moments as the end with the epic music. The main should have his own way of killing, the game should be more alive for me, he must break the 4th wall, a bit like Doki Literature, it would be great, and it would make it even more terrifying.
I wonder if you gave up, questions about grammar, history, etc ... in the game, it would be good for part 2 of the game, (for me).
Otherwise, there are two bugs at the beginning of the game:

I just downloaded the game for the first time, and it's asking me which app do I want to use to open the .rar file, I don't understand what it's asking me for? By the way, I'm using an hp laptop, I don't have a desktop computer. Could someone tell me step by step how to load the game after a download?
If you right-click on the .rar file, there should be a 7-zip option, and you can use that to extract the files. If you don't have 7-zip installed you should be able to search for a free version on Google to help extract them. After that if you double-click on the Strobovski program inside the folder it should ask you to download Unreal Engine to run it if you don't already have it installed. And then you're good to go.

Since you updated mr. mix call delay, i'm not that scared to play this game, more like, i have great fun teasing Viktor with muffins lol. Yet, what's with mr. cleany? When i got in punishment room, he sometimes just stays there. He also gets punished xd? but yea, it's fun overall.
Mrdrnose, PLEASE don't upload the next update until tomorrow!!! I am going to be gone until then and I don't want to be at a disadvantage compared to Vivanator or Neurobew for when the update comes out. Also, it gives you more time to test play and make sure the game actually works because it was impossible to find the item in the bunker and stuff last time.
im slowly going from loving this game a lot to hating it cause i just cant beat the last notebook. i still cant understand albert either. idk if im just stupid or if this is an actual problem that other people are experiencing. i have died on the last notebook atleast 10 times now and its getting really fustrating

If you experiment with listening to the sound of each number it gets easier to understand Albert each time. When you are practicing, I recommend that you do so on the earlier notebooks. To get rid the ambiance you can turn off and on your monitor (not the computer as a whole like putting it to sleep, just the screen), doing this really helps you hear each detail of the pronunciation of each number. Keep in mind that the game keeps running while the screen is off.
Also, the difference between 1 and 5 is that 5 sounds and has more of an "ah-i" sound while 1 sounds like the word "on". 5 also has a very slight vibrato at the start of the word with an "f" sound as in four.
I had this problem too and what helped was just cranking up the volume really high so I could hear them more clearly. The 5 sounds more distinguished towards the end, not sure how to describe it.

One of the notebooks require the blue key.
