I cant interact with the downloading panel. the image itself appears on the screen after a while. but the polarity and frequency do not change. I press all the buttons but nothing happens on the screen. how can this be fixed?
I absolutely adore VOTV. I've played for 61 hours and I'm not stopping anytime soon. Although if I could suggest one thing, it would be a "Moving box" that can be held in the inventory. It would take up your entire inventory and slow you down a bit, but it would allow you to pick up any (REASONABLE) piece of furniture and move it to place it precisely. Thank you for making such an incredible game! (Also, I'm unsure if suggestions are allowed here or not. If not, I am very sorry for this comment: I just haven't seen anything stating against them. Again, thank you for making such a fun game!)
Within the AppData\Local\VotV\Assets folder theres a txt file called res.txt, you can put custom resolutions in there, save the file, open the game and select your new res

I'll do my usual and throw some money to you for every big update. Thanks for showing patience. My recommendation is portraits that show up in the emails from the coworkers who email you. It'd make them easier to tell apart and help portray their character.

Кстати на счет грави пушки (если ты конечно еще не нашел как её зарядить) все таки что бы ее зарядить надо положить ее в микроволновку и два раза поставить на 60 и тогда она на время зарядится
I haven't played this game in a while because I'm worried about missing out on new events in my current save that might be in the next update. However, this game is so good at consistently keeping me on edge. As each day progresses my anxiety grows, and even the slightest noise startles me and I accidentally broke my previous mouse because a pine cone fell out of a tree. The last time I played, all I felt was a constant sense of anxiety. Nonetheless, it was still an enjoyable experience and would come back once an update drops.
From what I heard when you hit the story mode day cap any new events from updates will come after which increases how long the story mode is. So right now the cap is like 40+ I think so any new events will come after Day 40+ from what I know at least. If anything you could also just reset the events and put yourself back at day one keeping what you have
there is no formatting that shows when the page owner comments so its easy to miss that they commented on the matter 3 days ago; just people spamming/being annoying as always; being a creator on the internet fuckin sucks and people are always up your ass and so socially stunted they don't understand why that's aggravating

is there a method to keep the big objects and/or kerfus variants through a update that requires a full reset of their category? as far as i know, the mailbox is only for small objects?
Any object that can be in your inventory (not simply held) can also be put into the mailbox. So the Omega manual and parts can go in. The ID card, password changer or a hook as well. Likewise if you made the alien statue/ariral plush/kel plush/erie plush versions then in their inactive plush form you can have them in your inventory as if they were never modified. The only normal colored kerfus/color-less kerfus/mannequin can't be put in and you will need to use the manual again for the complete collection. Honestly though you only really need at max like three of them and if you don't care about style points just start a new save file and shove three kel plushes into the mailbox back to back. The period/delete key on the numberpad allow you to teleport directly to base to make it even faster as a hidden keybind. If you were talking about normal kerfus then just go for the upgrade, they may as well be trash in comparison with how often they get stuck.
I can't play, I have both 7zip and winrar but when I download the game it's a file that can't be extracted or opened, can anyone tell me where I'm wrong?
This is the best thing I've played in the last few years (among indie games). It's probably the best indie game I've ever played. It's useless to describe the feeling of the game, the author touches something in my soul. I'm happy to live in a world that has games like this. Author, thank you, you motivate me to create.

✓Уважаемый mrdrnose, я понимаю ваше мнение о спамах про обновления, и что вы МОЖЕТ БЫТЬ работаете над игрой. Но сейчас многие люди ждут новой версии игры. Хоть я и прожил 30 дней игровых сейчас, да и не все детали знаю о ней. Вот играешь со временем и понимаешь, что нужно много чего исправить, добавить и в конце концов оптимизировать игру.
Сама по себе игра классная, и ничего плохого в ней нет. Случайные ивенты, моменты и сигналы необычные попадаются. Даже недавно я наткнулся случайно напрямую с инопланетным роботом маленького размера в 19 день. Просто всего лишь по радару хотел проверить эти координаты :D
Есть дискорд сервер, хорошо... Только официальной информации о разработке игры нет от вас. Все постоянно предполагают о разных темах. Там только общаются по VoTV (главный штаб фанатов по Voices of The Void). Как правило многие разработчики высылают прогресс работы над игрой и в конце концов говорят о дате выхода обновления (пример от Sons of The Forest или Phasmophobia). Если есть проблемы, то предупреждают о сдвиге даты выхода. У вас, мистер, никакой официальной информации нет, и естественно каждый день сейчас люди спамят "update is... TOMORROW", потому что прошло 2,5 месяца! Даже человек недавно писал, что вы типо русский, 21 год (что мало вероятно совсем). У вас translator явно должен быть и вы это должны прочитать и поймёте суть этой писанины. Я к вам из добрых побуждений. Вот лицом к лицу...
Вы только этим комментарием больше провоцируете людей. Нет бы сообщить хотя бы примерную дату или какой прогресс у вас, чтобы народ немного успокоился хоть. Мы люди все разные, это понятно. Какой толк того, что удаляете комментарии о спамах про обновления или мемах? Эко тебя порвало. У парня сессия, разберется с учебой и допилит обнову. Сейчас тестовая версия доступана патреонам 3 тира, но в ней еще много багов и не все доделано. Между 0.5.2 и 0.6 прошло 3 месяца тоже и ничего. Вообщем, не драматизируй так. А если так не терпится, заплати 15$ и играй в тестовый билд.
Highly recommended. This game is somehow both unnerving and funny. It manages to do atmospheric horror without being boring, which is very hard to do. It helps that the actual game play loop is fun on its own. Surprising amount of content for a something in Alpha.

I dont play horror games at all, but i gotta say you outdid yourself with atmosphere and immersion here. All those micro-mechanics, such as the food system, cleaning, or even using the toilet replenishing some of your stamina really add up to one of the most immersive gameplays. I think i had a small panic attack during [REDACTED] and i loved it. Reminds me of Noita in some ways - the ammount of secrets and content outside of the normal gameplay loop (satelite stuff) provides a great sense of mystery to the place. Take all the time you need to cook up the next update, im sure it'll be worth our wait.

Can you slap it with a shovel or a crowbar? I fixed a very loud pile of trash that fell through the floor this way. If you can't, you would probably have to use noclip.

seems preety serious, make sure you have all redist stuff downloaded, and install/reinstall unreal engine

You need to scroll your wheel on the mouse when you press on frequency and polarity buttons to change them

Если есть проблемы, то предупреждают о сдвиге даты выхода. У вас, мистер, никакой официальной информации нет, и естественно каждый день сейчас люди спамят "update is... TOMORROW", потому что прошло 2,5 месяца! Даже человек недавно писал, что вы типо русский, 21 год (что мало вероятно совсем). У вас translator явно должен быть и вы это должны прочитать и поймёте суть этой писанины. Я к вам из добрых побуждений. Вот лицом к лицу...
Вы только этим комментарием больше провоцируете людей. Нет бы сообщить хотя бы примерную дату или какой прогресс у вас, чтобы народ немного успокоился хоть. Мы люди все разные, это понятно. Какой толк того, что удаляете комментарии о спамах про обновления или мемах? Всё равно продолжат это делать и появятся проблемы с вашим community, если не отнесётесь нормально, а не молчать вечно и выкладывать обновления!
Эко тебя порвало. У парня сессия, разберется с учебой и допилит обнову. Сейчас тестовая версия доступана патреонам 3 тира, но в ней еще много багов и не все доделано. Между 0.5.2 и 0.6 прошло 3 месяца тоже и ничего. Вообщем, не драматизируй так. А если так не терпится, заплати 15$ и играй в тестовый билд.
Highly recommended. This game is somehow both unnerving and funny. It manages to do atmospheric horror without being boring, which is very hard to do. It helps that the actual game play loop is fun on its own. Surprising amount of content for a something in Alpha.

I dont play horror games at all, but i gotta say you outdid yourself with atmosphere and immersion here. All those micro-mechanics, such as the food system, cleaning, or even using the toilet replenishing some of your stamina really add up to one of the most immersive gameplays. I think i had a small panic attack during [REDACTED] and i loved it. Reminds me of Noita in some ways - the ammount of secrets and content outside of the normal gameplay loop (satelite stuff) provides a great sense of mystery to the place. Take all the time you need to cook up the next update, im sure it'll be worth our wait.

removing spam is fine. getting so angry to the point of a spergout and then threatening to delay the release of the game over said spam is not. purposefully delaying an update and holding a game hostage because a couple of people were spamming the comments of an itch.io page is cringe, immature and spiteful. ruining the experience for everyone because the devs feelings were hurt by something that anyone over the age of 12 shouldn't be crying about is the especially spiteful part. dev needs to grow up and you need to as well if you can't see anything wrong with that sort of behavior.

Can you slap it with a shovel or a crowbar? I fixed a very loud pile of trash that fell through the floor this way. If you can't, you would probably have to use noclip.
